Welcome to Sacred Sisters Wellness (SSW), a small holistic wellness studio located in Corpus Christi, Texas, offering various classes & services both online & in person by appointment only.

Due to our limited class size, we do not accept walk-in appointments & kindly ask that all classes & services are booked online no later than 1 hour before class/event start time.

Full Pink Moon Ceremony

Wednesday, April 1st from 6:00-8:00pm CT.
Attendance available online or in-person
Gather with us in celebration of April’s Full Pink Moon! Together we will indulge in yoga, meditation, and deep discussions about the energy of this full moon and what it means for us as individuals and collectively. Participants can expect 2 hours of self-care intentionally themed to the energy of the Full Pink Moon. For an all-inclusive experience that includes snacks, cacao, goody bags, and more, join us in person at our studio location.

Free Donation Based Community Yoga Class

Join Natasha & Kaeli every 4th Saturday of the month at 9:30am for this free/donation-based yoga class. This is our monthly gift to our SSW community, and is inclusive to all levels, including beginners! Offered both online & in-person.
After the practice, for those that want to join, we will meet up at a local coffee shop to further connect, chat & build community.
*Donations accepted but not required for attendance- please still reserve your spot online.*

Overall the intention of this retreat is to connect with mother earth. It’s for women who want to rest their nervous systems, move their bodies, eat real food, and remember themselves inside nature. This is a simple embodied retreat.
